At lasts wifey is now feeling better towards her size. After the long battle, she was able to reach the weight that she wants. But, it was a struggle at first. She goes on diet, exercise and even tends to use products like Lipofuze. However, she holds back to using such because of health reasons. She is not good in taking supplementation because rashes spread all over her body if she does.
Anyway, I’m happy that she does lose weight. The only thing is that she’s now ready to go on shopping just as promised. It’s her motivation that why she persevere to really regain a beautiful sexy figure. Sigh! I just have to ready my wallet now. For sure I’m going to spend a lot this time. I regret what I promised. Just joking!

Like I said a bit earlier, I now have a new wired broadband connection. So, I can requests the removal of the canopy in the roof and have the subscription disconnected. Good thing I no longer have a contract to my old ISP.
But, when they will remove the antenna, I planned to check the roofing as well. I need to be sure there are no holes left behind. It might cause leaks. I can’t do it some other time because it is really difficult to climb up because of the height. And, we have no steel ladder.
If they pulled out their equipment when I’m not around, then I have no choice. I really need to call for roofing contractor. I know one that does windows like Windows Northern Virginia as well. The idea is also good since the other renter of the nearby house is also thinking of having their windows change. Until then, I need to wait for the ISP team to arrive. Hopefully, I have no commitment during that time.

Basically, I was checking information about vinyl siding like vinyl siding Richmond around the web yesterday, when I was disturbed by the sound of the doorbell. At first, I just ignore it. But, wifey is a bit concern and wants me to take a look at it. I unwilling stand from my seat, which I’m happy I did after realizing it was the installation team of the broadband we applied a couple of days ago.
Well, all my thoughts seem to fly away because I already focused on their installation. At lasts we can request the removal of the canopy of our wireless broadband. It is the one that causes troubles and issues over the owner of the house.
Anyway, I could not connect on the web using my wireless router. Good thing I was able to search the right answer using the old connection. But, it was hard following the instruction. I thought I would have to leave it just like that and call my new ISP the next day. But, after an hour I’m back again. My Linksys router is now working again that was the only time I was able to get back to reading the benefits and drawbacks of vinyl siding.

With the climate change we are experiencing nowadays, it is really a must that everyone works hand in hand to stop or lessen it. Experts say that a small deed from one person can make a difference. But, companies can also do something to help through LEED EB Certification.
Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) is an internationally recognized green building certification system. It provides third-party verification that a building or community was designed and built using strategies intended to improve performance in metrics such as energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources and sensitivity to there impacts.
It means it maximizes operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. It gives them the opportunity to make operations, maintenance, upgrades and strategies that point to the company’s environmental performance goal. Also, LEED certified buildings often provide healthier work and living environments that contribute to higher productivity and improved employee health and comfort.
