BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition

BlackBerry Passport Silver EditionI’m thinking of buying a new phone since my mom and dad asked for my IPhones, then I’m left with my Samsung Galaxy. I checked the latest gadget in the web and found that Blackberry introduced their new version of the Passport August this year.

The BlackBerry Passport Silver Edition brings design improvements on the original Passport, and they say it’s good looking.

The design of the new handset is less angular than the last with more rounded bottom left and right edging. Other than those subtle visual changes there is very little different between the original Passport and the new Silver Edition model.

The camera is a 13-megapixel, OIS, f/2.0 snapper, the same as the last model. There is also be a 2-megapixel front-facing selfie camera.

Other specs are the same as the Passport with a 4.5-inch 1440 x 1400 screen for 453ppi. The unit is powered by a quad-core 2.2GHz processor backed by 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage plus microSD expansion up to 128GB.

The battery is a 3,450mAh unit for 30 hours of mixed use. The OS is BlackBerry 10.3.2 with BlackBerry Assistant and BlackBerry Blend 1.2.

I’m not a huge Blackberry fan, but I guess this is worth giving a try.
