Just this morning, I received a call from my youngest sister saying she needs one of those halloween costumes. Due to my busy schedule I forget that Halloween is just around the corner. She adds that her school will hold a custome party. But, the catch is that the best dresser will get an award. For sure my competitive sister wants to get that award. That’s why she is seeking my help.
