I have been thinking for a long time if there is an effective quick weight loss method. I’ve been struggling with my super tight uniform for a long. Of course, I have the option of replacing it, but that would be a waste of money. The end of my training is already nearing. So, I thought about enduring the tightness until the last day.
Another reason, why I am looking for the effective method is the willingness to drop few pounds. I’ve been considered slight obese since I go beyond the normal by few points last four or six months. But, I feel it’s not the case now. At that time, I still feel I perfectly fit in my uniform. Now is a different thing. This is an indication that I have to do something. But, going on a diet is just not a good option for me. Healthy eating I can deal with that, but not the diet wiffy is doing. Probably, I can do extensive workout when my training is over. Hopefully, that will work.
