After getting connected with nokia pc suite via Bluetooth or through usb cable.
Open Nokia phone browser in My Computer.
Click on the which has a tooltip as create a new text message in the vertical sidebar.
Nokia Text Message Editor will open up in which you can enter the number and type your message.
After typing click on File>>Send to send the message.
