I have been blogging for a long time, I guess I have experienced several ups and downs of the blogging world. I learned that when you create a site, you must get a domain directly. Although file transfer is not so difficult to do, but there are other things that I must sacrifice like the inlinks. I have other one blog that I created last 2007 and have earned well quite huge inlinks. It was my first blog and has no idea about domains. Now, I am having difficulty changing it to my own domain since the inlinks are still going to the roof even if I am only updating its post. It still has unique visitors without the need for me to visit them back.
Now, I am ready and have decided to really transfer it. I already bought the domain name. I guess I have to let go of its inlinks. I am also eyeing a Web Hosting that will fit my need. All I need from a web hosting is that I will get 99.9% up-time, instant setup, 24×7 support, reliable, affordable and best of all have full control over my domain. During the course of me being an online guy, I have known several hosting companies that don’t live with their promises. That is why I am very particular when it comes to hosting plan.

hello there. my healthnbeyond.com started with with just http://www.healthandbeyond.blogspot.com
then after a month, i bought my own domain for 10 US dollars a year. since i am using blogspot, changing inlinks was never a problem. plus if people are still using the old URL, they will be automatically redicted to my new URL which was really very handy.
were you using blogspot, too or wordpress … etc. before?
