Playing the waiting game has allowed Lenovo the luxury of picking what it deems to be just the perfect size for such a device. Boasting a 10-inch LCD display, the S10 is equipped with the same 1.6GHz Atom N270 processor that is also featured by its competitors. As far as storage is concerned, Lenovo decided to go with a standard 5400 RPM hard drive that will offer users either 80GB or 160GB storage space. They will also get two USB ports, Ethernet, webcam, 4-in-1 card reader and even an ExpressCard. Up until this moment, the last feature has only been available on HP’s 2133 Mini Note but things have definitely changed.
Even more, it certainly looks like Lenovo’s S10 is ready to provide us with a large number of features in the same 10-inch form factor as ASUS’ Eee PC 1000-series. The S10 will also pack 2GB of memory and will come equipped with an Intel 945 GSE Express chipset and the GMA 950 graphics.
